Our Saona Island VIP Experience is for those looking to have the opportunity for a premium excursion to the stunning Island of Saona, located in the Dominican Republic. We offer a more exclusive and comfortable day by providing you with smaller travel groups throughout your experience (private or semi-private boat groups)

Experience:
Your day will begin with private transportation from your resort to the port of Bayahibe, where our team will be waiting to greet and direct you and your group (private or semi-private) to your designated speedboat. Our high quality speedboats will then cruise along the coast where you'll get to enjoy the incredible landscapes of the Dominican Republic but also give you the opportunity to see locations that were used in the filming of both Survivor TV show and Blue Lagoon movie. Once you reach your first stop of the famous Natural Pool you'll get to swim in the shallow crystal clear waters while sipping on a Premium quality rum cocktails (Barcelo brand) and enjoy the atmosphere of the beauty around you (sightings of starfish often take place here). You'll then move on to the Mangroves where sea turtles and manatees can be spotted in their natural habitat prior to heading to Saona Island. Upon arrival at the Island you'll be taken to our exclusive area and have the chance to enjoy a delicious authentic Dominican style buffet lunch and get to spend approximately 3 hours on the island relaxing, exploring and enjoying the beach. While on the island you are encouraged to go to the Turtle sanctuary and learn about the incredible work that Don Negro and the people of the Island do daily to help protect these amazing creatures. After your time at the island your speedboat will take you to spend some time at the beautiful Playa El Toro (*roughly 35 min) and finally your last stop before heading back to port will in Catuano where you'll get to snorkel and have the chance to see colorful fish in crystal clear waters.
